This is the towing company you want when your vehicle requires more than a basic pickup. My damaged Tesla was undrivable, parked inside a very tight townhouse garage, and needed to be transported to the dealership and later returned home. Lux Towing 24/7 handled both trips with exceptional care, patience, and professionalism. I initially miscalculated whether I needed a flatbed or a wrecker. He arrived with a flatbed and made every reasonable effort to safely remove the Tesla from the garage. When it became clear that the space was too tight, he did not rush the job or risk damaging the vehicle. He went back to his yard, picked up a wrecker with wheel dollies, and returned to complete the pickup properly. Because the Tesla had steering damage, the tow was a longer distance, and Nashville’s potholes could have caused additional damage, he took another precaution. He carefully transported the vehicle to his yard, where there was enough room to transfer it onto the flatbed for the longer trip. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, explained what he was doing, and treated my vehicle as though it were his own. When the dealership’s repair estimate was higher than I expected, I needed the Tesla brought back home. He used the same careful process to return it and successfully placed it back inside my tight garage without charging me extra. I told him I almost did not call him again because I did not want to put him through all that trouble a second time. His response was, “You’re the customer. You come first.” That statement perfectly represents the service I received. He was knowledgeable, careful, dependable, and willing to put in extra work to protect my vehicle. Customer service like this is extremely rare. I tipped him both times because the level of effort deserved it.
